My first science experiment

Today in the science lab the class did a science experiment. The experiment was 'what would happen if we put a pencil through a bag full of water?"  Before we did the science experiment we had to do a hypothesis.  My hypothesis was if we put a pencil through the bag no water would come out.  But if we take the pencil out water will leak out.  Then we tested if it was true.  We put a pencil through the bag and NO water leaked out. My hypothesis was right.  It worked so we decided to get the whole class to put their pencil in the bag.  It only dripped a bit of water. We took out a pencil and the bag leaked out a lot of water.  So my hypothesis was right - no water leaked out of the bag when the pencil was in but if we took it out the bag leaked with water.
