Week 7's Homework

Hello Rm 14,

I hope you enjoyed the wet weekend and are ready for a busy week at school.  Please remember to bring your P.E. uniform on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

This week you will not have a homework sheet because you will be busy completing several other tasks.  Lots of people haven't paid for their science board.  You need to pay as soon as possible so you can decorate your board and start publishing your information.  Your Science Fair board needs to be ready by next Thursday, 27th of June, 2013.

1.  When you have read this post, please sign your name / pen name in the comments section.

2.  Science Fair - if you haven't started your experiments then this week you need to start and finish them.  Remember to write everything you do in your log book and take photos.  Check out this website for more information.  http://www.sciencebuddies.org/science-fair-projects/project_ideas.shtml

4.  Some of you are interested in competitively presenting a speech.  This week you will need to write your speech at home - it is now due on MONDAY.  I'm happy to coach people during lunchtime, just ask me for some help.  The rest of the class can do their speech based on their Science Fair project.  These will be presented later this term.

5.  No spelling this week as you will be very busy with your speeches and Science Fair.
